the location rocks. it's close to everything. my room included a laptop safe. i really dig that. i used the desk space to do some work too. the view from the window was of a cool ancient church. how awesome is that?
the hallway noises were super loud. i could hear everything. sleeping in late was just not a option.

the staff provided helpful assistance upon arrival. i found the science museum to be just around the corner and worth a visit. the breakfast presented good value, particularly with its variety. i was pleased with the room's size and the powerful shower.

The room had air conditioning. It worked very well. a safe was included, large enough for a laptop, which i appreciate. the room was kept super clean. it also smelled good upon arrival.

The staff was particularly friendly and accommodating. Claudio and maria at reception were excellent. staff were helpful in allowing luggage storage beyond checkout time. breakfast prices seem very reasonable. They seemed quite committed to service.

the breakfast had many options and i appreciated the time to relax and drink coffee. my 'double room' was really spacious and i liked the bathroom. having a code for the door instead of a key was surprisingly convenient (i didn't have to worry about losing it!).
my phone charger was taken from my room. the reception didn't do anything about it because it was a sunday (i was quite surprised by that). i was disappointed about the way they handled the situation. the hallway was noisy and i could hear everything that was happening, it was not possible to sleep late.
